Dinner party kits available for collection during level three

With Bradley guiding you throughout the meal, YOU are going to recreate the Arbour dining experience. All his flavours, tricks and food styling tips enjoyed in the safety of your own home.

 

Bradley will have everything ready for you, presented in course kits with easy service instructions and videos.

You will not have to do any peeling, chopping or prep dishes. Your role is to plate the dishes for service and swan out to the table looking fabulous.

 

Dietary needs can be catered for. Mention them in your booking comments or email them to liz@arbour.co.nz.

 

SEPTEMBER MENU

 

Baked black garlic and rosemary sourdough

 

Miso cured Hapuka terrine, various carrots, citrus + wild pepper dressing

 

Bush honey glazed lamb shoulder, root vegetable + allium pithivier, salad of winter brassicas, horseradish dressing

 

Winter spice + thyme gateaux, roasted apple creme, toasted milk crumble

 

Petit fours 

 

$70 per person, dietary needs welcome
